I wanted to know about Rear Steer in the FC.
I was looking at suspension parts for the fc3s and was wondering if its a good idea to buy the rear toe eliminators cause i am trying to bulid my car as a drift car.

Toe eliminators will help stiff things up for use in drift, but they do not eliminate the rear steering knuckles.

Why don't you try drifting with the car as it is now, and see how you do?

I just replaced mine and I found the car has significantly less understeer. As the bushings get older, they get softer and more compliant. Since the system depends on bushing compliance to create toe-in (and thus understeer), worn out bushings tend to engage too early causing understeer.

Edit: I used to experience snap oversteer with DTSS. Ever since I installed the eliminators the rear end has become much more predictable. They are a must for drifting, otherwise the rear end will always seem to be "floating". |
