I think I'm is missing something

I've had some idling problems so I was rearching the FAQ for answers and found a good article on idle problems. It says that the BAC should have four hoses, mine doesn't have one coming out the top side of it. It says that hose is suppose to connect to the Air Bypass Solenoid Valve just above and from the BAC. There is nothing there. I believe this could be my problem. I have another engine in storage, but it is an n/a. Will have the same one that I can take off it.

Any ideas? Does any one know what I'm refering to? Maybe someone could post some pictures of the top of their intake manifold with a TII. this piece is suppose to be located on the side of the stock intercooler on the intake manifold. The air bypass solenoid valve is suppose to create the high idle when the car is warming up. I'm not sure if this being removed is causing my idle to run at 600rpm's It does run higher when warming up, but only at about 1500rpm's.
