New or cleaned and flow checked injectors, good compression, properlly working ECU, Properlly working air and water temp sensors.

In that order

the main reason for flooding or symptoms of hard hot starting is due to low compression/ bad coolant seals. (water leaking into rotor housings) Basically, you might need a rebuild if you seem to " flood" more than three to four times a week.

As a bonus to a fuel pump switch, it makes your car un-steal-able (if you hide the switch). IMO that's great, considering FC's are easy to steal.
