also heres a pic of the 1/4 panel im taking off.

The bumper has to come off
There are screws inside the 1/4 panel, move the under shroud to get to them, three in the front, on in the back. Take the bumper cover off with the three in front, and rubber strip on the bottom. then you'll have the fender exposed.

great....thanks. This makes it that much more difficult. And heres the bottom one, if that matters anymore :(

you can't really do it without taking the bumper off, and there is one more in the middle.

Just take the bumper cover off. do the 4 bolts on the drivers side(3 IN FENDER, 1 BY HEADLIGHT). you also might want to bang out that fender though, so you can get to the bumper cover nuts.

Just to be a prick, thats a fender, your qp is in the rear. Or so I have always believed.

ewww, I lucked out :) Only fender got damaged on mine. Looks like your hood got some and the front bumper....also capn you took that dumb deal for the TII? How much did you end up paying =/
-also is this the one that looks like someone drove it into a river? With the rust and messed up engine?

New stuff....I can't figure out what bolts I haven't removed from the front bumper :( I took off the top ones (6 i think) and all the bottom ones that held the lip on and the ones for the bumper. The lip came off but no luck with the bumper. Big pain in my butt.

your all wrong, u can take it off without taking the bumper off, what u have to do is get inside the wheel well by taking off the plastic and then u can reach the bolts. trust me its possible without taking the bumper off. i belive there are some studs that come out of the bumper that have nuts on them and thats where reaching in the fender well comes in. they are somwhere in the yellow circled part, start diggin u will find out how to pull the fender off. i think u might even have to take the headlight bulb out to reach ur arms in there

Okay
The
This is how the bumper cover is attached to the front end

.--......--.
.---------.
.---------.
.______.
(The Hypens are spaces, periods are bolts, Underscores are the lip)

There are 3 nuts to take off on the inside of the fender(Move the plastic under fender shroud to see), they hold the bumper cover to the fender. There are the 6 bolts on top in the middle, and 1 by the headlights on each side(as you pointed out) then there is the lip. Take those bolts out, and pull the buper cover off.

Now, for the fender. There are 3 or four on the front(These were kind of hidden by the bumper cover) There's like 6 on the top. 4 on the bottom, two in front, and two in back. One near the back top by the door, and one nut in the middle in the back by the door. Once you have all of those out, gently lift and sort of sway the fender to break the special factory sealer stuff. And the pull the fender forward and out slowly. Watch the back of it by the door, so you don't scratch the door paint. Voila, your fender is off.

Don't tell me I'm wrong either, I just replaced both fenders and my front bumper cover last week.
