Help Modifying Bosch 1600cc Injectors
 

I purchased some Bosch 1600cc injectors and didn't realize they weren't already modified to fit an FC. According to this site: http://www.rotaryheads.com/modifications/bosch-1600cc/ they have to be modified by cutting off some of the top plastic. It says he used a Dremel but to "not nick the metal". Any tips on what attachment to use or an alternative method? That seems like a risky undertaking.

unless you are real shakey,I think you would do this mod just fine.
it entails taking those upper plastic rings off so it goes down to bare metal on the injector.
If you feel you are too close just use a small file and shave the plastic enough so that you can get it off.It will come off easy enough.

this is exactly what I am using with my own set of these injectors.

So I have to modify both ends?
