hazards constantly on while car is off.
when i put the negative on the battery the hazards come on and its not the button.
a couple of things that are not wired: afm to ecu (installing safc) steering column small white wire to alt any ideas? |
does your car have an alarm?
|
to be honest with you im not sure, where would the computer be located?
|
harness plug is behind glove box
|
thanks, i also found the location in the FSM. no security system is installed.
i tried switching out the front left flasher c.p.u., same thing. I meant to mention before that the door lights are also constantly on. not sure about headlights because they are not installed right now. i did just wire in 3 prosport gauges would any of these be causing the issue. 12v power - was wired into the fusebox using an "add a circuit fuse holder". 12v accessory - was wired into the radio accessory line. illumination - light bulb wire near the cigarette lighter ground - glovebox switch ground wire. (could have chosen a better location) |
*Update* hazard light is flashing but only the rear turn signal is flashing at a rapid rate
|
ironically i now have this issue... walked by the window this morning and looked out to see my hazards going crazy. pulled flasher box out and apart, nothing looks burnt/broken. kind of annoyed
