hazard lights work, but blinkers dont, what gives?

The CPU is located in the driver's kick panel. It is the tall black box with 3 plugs (2 on the S5).
There are several incoming power wires. what circuit do want?
The power for the Hazard/ turn signals is Black/blue, but you don't need that as you already know the hazards work.

Besides the fact that his hazards works, rules out the flasher section is bad. More than likely his turn signal switch is bad, or disconnected, or the CPU needs resoldering on the inputs from the turn signal switch.
ok where is the cpu located??? is it in the ECU box?? if so i dont have it anymore i did a motor swap and went carburated i sold my rx7 ecu. if its in there how can i fix this issue without getting another ecu?
