Fix up a GXL or a TII?
I've been debating about either fixing up my GXL (needs engine and other misc. part) or buying a TII to fix up. I've had a TII but a CRX hit me on the highway and totalled my ride. I have the GXL still but after the TII it's hard to go back.
The GXL will be cheaper to fix and will perform well. The TII will cost more (after getting it) and may take longer to build/fix/modify, but will definetly outperform the N/A. I'm driving a Miata now and have the N/A in my garage. I imagine the either project will take about a year to complete. Any advise is welcome. |
Does anyone know were to purchase the GP Sport body kit?

I have one... and very soon I am gonna do a conversion. |
TII TII TII all the way i hate my n/a and swore to myself along time ago that i would never buy a non-turbo car again. 1. Because i got sick of seeing tailights. 2. Because turbo's are just cool...............

I miss my TII.:(
It's like having a project then all of a sudden it comes to an abrupt end. Not vary satisfying. |
i had a n/a 86 gxl and i bent the driveshalft but when i got my TII man i swear i never look back at the gxl
TII all the way. |
Yeah, I think I'll sell the GXL and get another TII. I can't deny the power of the turbo.
For Sale: 87 GXL ;) |
Put the NA motor in your miata and buy a TII.
