nice car, I didn't think I liked that body kit until I seen it in black.
bolt that wire to the frame. quick tip: get a fan shroud as soon as possible. (I learned the hard way) |
that should be bolted to the clutch slave, I believe
wait a minute... did I pick up an S4 turbo from you last year??? |
where did you get the dash mat?
|
Looks pretty clean.
Why no fan shroud? |
i got the dash mat on ebay and carzy driver sorry bro that wasnt me ! and thanks for the comments
|
oh and the fan shroud lol thanks for telling me im putting it on RIGHT NOW LOL i thought it just took up space LOL
|
get an e-fan, it looks a lot cleaner that way. nice car
|
That wire is a ground. Mounts on the driver side shock tower. You might have to take the coil out to get it back in.
|
Actually, that wire is a capacitor for the oil sender. It evens out the bumps from the sender and protects the sender in the event of gauge failure (or is it the other way around?). Either way, you attach it to a ground.
As for the fan shroud, it helps the fan pull air through the radiator more efficiently. If you dont have it it can overheat when the car isn't moving. |
If the engine was rebuilt properly (meaning everything was spec'd out and nothing had damage or wear in it) it was safe to take it to redline 1299 miles ago...
