Exhaust sleeve swap, sleeve won't fit into housing

So the plan was to swap an S4 T2 exhaust sleeve into an S5 NA housing, cause the S4 housing was junk and the other one was an S5 T2. So I got em out, dropped everything off to get ported, and now the guy porting the housing, jacob cartmill, is saying the sleeves are a different size. Do I need to use an S5 T2 sleeve or just have something machined? I'll get a pic up when I recieve it from him.

Ok, dont have pictures up yet. The flange on the sleeve is what's too thick though, the back side of it, i'm thinking i might need to just go to a machine shop?

Bingo, bring the housing along and they will figure it out.

Just make sure that the roll pin holes line up before you accept their work.

Exactly. It is usually held in with a bunch of carbon. Just tap it with a screwdriver and it will pop right out. Then the TII sleeve will fit flush.
