Error Code 06: TPS Sensor (Narrow)

I just wanted to mention at first that I spent a few days off and on searching as much as I could on here and google to find an answer, but couldn't really pinpoint to anything, so forgive me if my post is redundant in anyway.

I ran a diagnostics check through the rtek and found the car was reading this code. Unsure as to what may be causing it, or how I can get around to fixing it. I was hoping to get some insight on it. Thanks.

Means the Rtek is not reading the correct voltage on the Tps on the narrow side of the TPS..
This is an S5 TPS I am assuming?.(or FD TPS?)

The car is a 10AE, so I presume it's still the original.
