how can you test a motor to see if its good when it is out of the car? i have no skillz with the rotary and am now learning. this is a beautiful concept sitting in a beautiful car. bought an 89 gtu, no motor, found an s5, need to know how to test it to see if i should drop it in or not. any help would be highly appreciated. thanks

 

just a guess, but compresson tester and hook a battery up to the starter to kick it over?
