Engine replacement.

I am replacing my blown up motor with a used one in the coming week. The one that I am getting has been getting turned over every couple days, so the seals should not be stuck. Other than maybe pouring some ATF or oil in the housings, is there anything I should do before I put it in to clean it out or anything? Anything to let it soak in to loosen up the carbon?

Never use ATF.

Just a few ounces of oil into each chamber will be fine.

MMO is just wax and solvents.

Use a real oil.
