ok so i have an S5(i think) engine with nothing on it, i mean nothing, its bare as a bone. can i put it into my s4???

 

You can use the S5 block. Everything else has to be S4.

 

Looks like an S4 N/A engine.

Thanks guys, I might have to tear it apart, was told that it smokes. Any suggestions?

Rebuild, try running it for a few days?

Also I was told that it ran perfect, except for the smoke. Yes something oil.

 

If it smokes continuously, then the oil o-rings are worn down. It may run like this for many, many, many years with the only annoyance being the smoke. Then again, smokers are often a great rebuild candidate because the housings and rotors generally aren't worn down.
