what are the differances between a auto S4 NA and a manual S4 NA engine?

i have a 86 NA and the engine is blown and i just got a free 88 NA w/ 10k on it for free but it is a Automatic. i've noticed a few diferances between the two but dont know if it will effect the install.

Please let me know what im looking at.

 

Search for 5 speed swap.

I think the differences are primarily from the rear iron back.

So you will have to swap flywheel, clutch, pp, and transmission onto the new motor.

 

the thing is that i am not putting the auto tranny in.
maybe i need to explain more. i have a 86na with a 5 speed tranny in it that has a blown water seal. i got a 88na auto tranny engine for free with 10k on it that needs to go into the 86. now i noticed that the TB was diff. i want to know what else is diff.
(86 TB has single throttle and the 88 has dual throttle on it + the cold start is diff)

please just let me know what i have to change. should i just put my TB on the new engine?

also are the injectors diff on a 88na SE vs a 86 na GLX?

 

The automatic engine will have a different front counterweight.

 

that is located behind the fly wheel right?
does that mean that i cant put this engine in without changing that?
