Electrical Problems
I've just dropped my motor in, ran the harness... I try to start the car... nothing.
I have headlights, illumination, and the hazard flashers; just no turn signals, logicon function, windsheild wipers, or starter.
I've replaced all of the in-car fuses, and checked all of the engine compartment fuses. All of the ECU's plugs (including the ones VERY far up in the engine compartment) are connected. WHY ISN'T ANYTHING HAPPENING???

Stock, there are two wires coming off of the alternator. Do you have both of those wires hooked up correctly? If you are missing half of your electrical system; you must have overlooked something major.
I can duplicate those symptoms at will. All I have to do is go to the fuse box in the engine bay. Follow the harness from the fuse box for four inches till I find an approx 12 gauge wire with a single connector. I disconnect it and have the same symptoms you have.
So that gives you a very good starting point. Right? Get your meter out and see if there is 12v on that connector. Or reconnect it if its disconnected.
Common sense also dictates to check the MAIN fuse on the fuse box in the engine bay. Its the one in the middle that does not pull out. It has screws/bolts that hold it in. Put your meter on each side of it and look for 12v.

The connector is called X-23. Here is a Jpgs of where it is and the path to the key who's connector is X-02. The X-02 connector is below the steering column and the connector you want is the one shown that has a black and a black/white connector.
There will be one jpg that shows approx where X-23 is. Another of the startings sys.

jpg Look for X-23 to the far right of the picture near the ignition switch. Also X-02 is at the ignition switch. The actual position of X-23 is in the engine bay near the fuse box.
Again, look at the MAIN FUSE also.
Its too hard to jpg pictures on this forum. I going off to do something useful. Tired of seeing *SITE NOT RESPONDING*

THANK YOU HAILERS!!!
It was that connector about 4" from the fuse block. Tried turning it over, and it just clicked.... having a 12AWG wire in the place of a 100A fuse will probably do that. Time to go to the store.
