Electrical Problem

The dome lights and the security system are no longer functioning properly. The two smaller lights come on, but are extremely dim, while the primary light does not light up at all. In addition to these the door lights are also not working. My first guess is a "fuse" is blown, but I am unsure where these fuses are located. I did see a cluster of something that look like the fuses located by the foot rest near the clutch pedal, but unlike cars I have had in the past there is no diagram that tells me which fuse to try to replace. I've looked over the FSM, but haven't found the answer I am looking for. Anyone have any idea if I'm even on the right track to fixing this problem?

if you have an 89-91, this is a pic of the fusebox cover that is missing. not sure if it's the same for 86-88's.

Thanks, I've actually got an 87. If someone with an S4 could verify that the fuse location is the same, that would be great!

Fuse box layouts are found in the FAQ for FC thread at the top of the 2nd gen section.
