yes, it's a transistor from radioshack, probably $.05 each, all it does is fool the ECU into thinking that the air is always a certain temperature (probably 68F) so that it'll keep the timing advanced instead of retarding it when the air heats up. It's quite the scam :)

whats the negative of doing this and how much does it really help? ive heard of advancing the timing for more power but i had also heard that advancing the timing on a rotary is not a good thing.What do you guys think?
