Do I HAve To Use A Block Off Plate When Removing Air Pump?
 

I want to remove my airpump. I am wiring my 5th and 6th ports open, and i gutted all my cats. Do I really need to block it off? 1991 N/A

only if you remove your air control valve.

The only thing you need to block after removing the airpump is the hole in the ACV where the airpump outlet tube went. I just used a cork to block that hole. Also the hole on intake elbow that went the airpump can be blocked off with a cork. Pretty high-tech huh?:D
