CPU is buzzzing.....

My CPU is buzzing according to rpm-s It starts buzzing around 700 rpm-s and gets higher with rpm-s rising.
I found that problem was one relay which swiches idiot lights when engine stalls. The relay is working properly;( what can cause the voltage to drop so low that relay starts buzzzing....? It is very annoying beleve me.

Can anybody help me with this problem..

Have you re-soldered the board yet?
Search using "cold solder joints"

Yes. I dir resolder everything. But I thing the problem might be in the voltage what comes from the altenator.

Sounds like a weak alternator. With the car running, put a voltmeter across the battery. You should see 13.8v or higher.
