Thanks Satch, hopefully I can figure it out with the fuses under the hood, I hate going under the dash and I really don't want to check the fuses up under there so hopefully I can find my issues with the ones in the engine bay.

If it's one in the engine bay such as the BTN fuse then that fuse powers some of the fuses in the interior fuse box.

well crap, I hope its not that one, I hope its my alt, I have spare sitting in a box.

When I pull the head light fuse, I hear the lights clicking.

Every time it clicks is when I pull it out and put it in

Also my retractors are reading 10.1 amps, and my BTN is reading 8.7 amps
