compression problem

hi im new here. i just bought a non working rx7 88. i thought i could get it to work becuase the guy i got it from said that they swaped a working engine into it. it turns over the fan turns and everythning but it wont start. i check the compression and the front rotor is fine but the back one has no compression is there any way to fix that? i herd it has to deal with something about the oil meter or something. if anyone knows how to get that back sparkhole to compres leave me some instructions if you dont mind. you guys proble have a thread about this but i dont know how to search for it. if there is one you can just send me a link related to this.

Hope you know how to read, cause your new engine will require information on how to, well, not be stupid. If you got no compression, the engine ain't " working ". Lots of luck.
