Yup,

I have an 86 GXL with 4piston front's and 5 lug wheels all around...

Ok, in a quick explaination here's what's happening to my brakes and my car. If i stop rather quickly (stand on the brakes to stop faster than normal) my rear brake almost ALWAYS lock up. time after time when i stand on the Brake pedal the rear's will lock up. It almost seems like my brake proportioning (sp) valve may be going bad... can anyone second my opinon?

And does anyone know roughly how much this valve may cost? Is it a worth while upgrade to upgrade useing the Wilwood valve?

Any idea's as to why my rears ALWAYS lock up while standing on the brakes slightly harder than normal? Could it be the proportioning valve?
