lol, been in the lounge too long, guess I'll take a few days break

I have read it will work but you will run rich. I have also read that boost will cause it hit the stopper and make you run lean. If you already went to the trouble of bosing your car, just do it right and get the TII afm. They can be found for sale in the classifieds section.
Edit: sweet jesus thats a big turbo. What is that from, a diesel locomotive or something?

The search button is at the top of the GODDAM PAGE. Seriously though are you just too lazy to read the FAQ section? Someone should become a mod just to snipe threads like this because they waste space. YES THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN THE 2 THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS AND THEY ARE CALIBRATED DIFFERENTLY.

"Turbo air flow meter (your old nonturbo afm will get you by if you cannot find one, however the turbo afm is calibrated for slightly higher air flow on top end so it is something that might matter once you begin to push the car)."

I just read this on the www.rotaryresurrection.com website, under the turbo to non-turbo conversion page (but this is using turbo ecu amongst other differences).

wthdidusay82 11-10-06 03:52 AM

does the tII afm work with the na ecu, or do you have to put in a turboII ecu/harness for it to work ?

I see you are from NC so I assume it was not wanting to take God's name in vain versus being an ass AND stupid that caused you to mis-spell damn.

The question has been answered, and before the thread goes too far down the toilet, it's being closed.
