I just want to make sure that its the RUBBER hose that comes of the compressor housing thats about 4 in. long and plugs in to the actuator. I am a little unsure because there are to actuator lookin things one with a metal line (bottom) and the other one with the rubber line(top). Whats the other one for?

If you have an s4, the metal line at the bottom is to the dual scroll flapper thingis

 

Thats exactly what I'm talking about. I was gonna tap that short rubber line on top, its an MBC so l believe installing it in-line will work. Is that an s5 or s4 turbo? I wish I could see that point of view without removing my underpan, is that even in the car?
