bolt pattern and width?

i'm trying to get some wheels from a JDM importer i wanna go 17'' but they asked me what width and bolt pattern? i don't really know what to say !

Do you have 4 lugs or 5? 5 would be 5x114.3

its either 4x114.3 or 5x114.3

and for width go 17x8 and 9

D-OH! That's great... I know that one thread was jacked and then dumped due to someone being a complete dousche...

5x114.3 or 5x4.5

I definitely agree with the 17x8(F) and 17x9(R).
