Anyone know how to get these wiring clips?

The 4 pin plastic connector that attaches from the emission harness to the boost sensor would be something I thought would be easy to find yet for whatever reason I can't find a place to buy them as generic as they would seem.

Pictured below is what I'm talking about. This is a knight sports fuel cut boost control device, I have an HKS fuel cut defencer, pretty much the same thing that I would like to make a similar clipable harness for.

Banzai Racing offers a map sensor adapter that uses this clip so I am going to call them if I can't find out a part number but thought I would ask here first. Anyone know a part number or way to get these 4 pin clips?

Just wanted to give a shout out and say thanks to Banzai racing for hooking me up with the connectors I wanted to modularize my HKS FCD.

HKS FCD quick connect

Do u have the part numbers for these connectors to be able to make this Quick connect for the HKS FCD??

Hi RedBlue. I just received the used oem connectors from Banzai without any part number but later found a site called Cycle Terminal that sells "OEM Japanese Wiring Terminals, Connectors,Kits and Supplies"

they had 4 pin 6mm - .250 connector that looked like they would do and were described as being "92-02 Mazda Miata - RX7 fan connectors". I bought a male to test to see and believe they worked.

Here's a link to the Cycle Terminal page that has them listed.
250 Housing Lance Armlock - ET type Connector with Tangless Terminals

:Edit:
Just went out to check to make sure my memory was correct and they worked. Excuse the picture quality, it's dark and my phone's camera isn't the best.

Thanks bro!! This helps out a lot!!!

I just ordered the connectors this morning and I'm waiting for them to show up so I can make my own harness. Thanks for this information you gave me. Here is the part numbers that I ordered. Thanks once again for sharing this. I will post pics of it when it comes in and when I build it.

Soooo I have the connectors but I don't know what color goes to what in the connectors for this homemade connection harness. Due to the fact their is a male and female end so there is two different connectors. And what is the set up inside the connectors top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right. What color wire goes where in the male side and female side.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem you're facing is after reading your post, the terminals can only go on one way but this is what I did with mine.

I googled "hks fcd installation manual" and the fist link was a PFD file from Banzai Racing that gives you a guide.
http://www.banzai-racing.com/store_i...ns/HKS_FCD.pdf

In the wiring picture it shows
Red: 12 volt ign on
Black: Ground
Yellow: To ECU
White: Away from ECU
Green: N/A to my install

There's also already a post here https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...ks-fcd-516174/ in which Slpin also gives the same wiring description that covers a FCD install.

Looking at the provided moon rune instructions and searching online I saw people installing the FCD by the ECU itself but I didn't want to splice into my wiring harness because I'm OCD like that and wiring in the footwell of a car is never fun.
Knight Sports offered a clip in version of their FCD, it was for the Series 5 FCs only. It gave me the Idea I could do the same for my S4.

To figure out what the wires going to my boost sensor did I went here RotaryHeads.com - 2nd Gen RX-7 PDF Technical Manuals FC3S and looked at the wiring diagram for my S4.

You look up the part you need, in this case the pressure sensor and that leads you to the correct diagram.

https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...8d8ae8eee3.jpg

Looking at this I can see The S4 pressure sensor has 4 wires

B/W
B
BR/R
BR/W

BR/R goes to pin 2B on the ECU, a quick look at the ECU pin out confirms this is the input from the pressure sensor to the ECU.

That's the wire color I needed to "cut" and intercept the signal to the ECU but instead I crimped on the clip terminals onto the wires and put the yellow FCD wire going to the ECU and white wire going to the boost sensor as per the installation instructions to intercept the signal.

next I needed 12v power and ground, Looking at the wiring diagram again I saw the boost sensor got it's power from the B/W wire, the cars ignition battery source and put the red FCD wire in the clip where it too would get power from that wire.

Then just grounded it with the other grounds in the system or any chassis ground will also do. if you're unsure a digital multimeter and checking the output voltages and ohm resistance for the ground will ensure correctness
.
This is what I did for my S4 and the S5 will most likely be different wiring colors considering even between S4 model years they changed the wire color and changed the electrical system BUT you can emulate the steps I did for your own model year now, best of luck.
