Actuator removal
I have the actuator removed but, how do you remove the flapper door that the actuator was attached to?

WTF are you talking about?????
The twin scroll actuator on an s4???? You take a dremel tool and cut the bitch off inside the housing and then weld a bolt in the hole from the outside |
If you don't have the time right now to do the above, then I'd suggest re-installing the actuator without the vacuum line. The actuator keeps the *flap* spring loaded to the OPEN position.

thanks, I just didnt want to hack it apart just incase I wanted to put it back on later.

If you're going to leave it in, why not make it work the way it's supposed to?
