Nice! lol
I remember my car when I did something like that. I had my 13BT engine in and was running it to see if it was okay after I chunked the cat, so it was straight DP. I went down the road for 15 minutes to help a dude with his stalled car. I came back up and went in the garage and my eyes stung like mad. You just could not go in there without a respirator:) |

You killed that poor little bird!!!!
I know what you mean by stinky exhaust, i have no emission or "smell good" helpers connected to my engine/exhaust system, Not sure if anyone else with a completly non street legal car notices but my car sort of smells like a lawn mower or go-kart. Maybe it's the premix? bahh well, many other cars out there run emissions less and "cat" less too... |
I know what you mean. I think its the premix. The other thing it reminds me of is the Austin-Healy my dad use to own.

Aaron, I disagree with you on this one-the aluminum rotor housings heat up/ expand at different rates than the cast iron side housings- you want to at least give 'em enough time for temp equilibrium during a cold start. |
wow LOL!
|
Way back when I installed the rb exhaust i tightened everything up and then it settled back the next day so the dp to resonator flange was a little loose and just poured fumes up in through the passenger window in my garage, I thought my eyeballs were going to burn out of my head
