Wait a minute...the front calipers can be either 2 or 4 piston but all the rears are two piston.

It's quite cheap and very easy to rebuild the rear calipers...even with a red face.

I've never seen a two piston caliper on an FC. :dunno:

And you won't see a two piston caliper on an FC. Single piston or four piston in the front and always a single piston in the rear.

Edit: And to the OP, I was embarrassed when I discovered that not all 5 lug FC's had 4 piston front calipers because I told all my car buddies they did... I had to go back and correct myself after seeing an '89 base model for the first time. :blush: |
