^steering wheel bolts right up?

JasonDowney 12-08-06 02:02 PM

When I bought my vert, it had that same steering wheel (from the ifini fd), so I assume it should just bolt on.

Mostly.

The FC horn connection uses a metal ring, while the FD does not.

So to use a FD wheel, you need to trim the Steering Position sensor coupler bushing (down about a 1/4 inch) and glue a FC horn ring onto the back of the FD wheel, and then wire that horn ring to the FD horn switch in the wheel.
