Lets see your rusted quarter pannel repair pics!!

I have rust on my rear quarters and I wanted to see what people have done to cut out the rust and repair/rebuild theirs. I know you could get overlay fenders but thats not what I want to see.

look through my vert build thread...

Better yet, look at just startn's build... https://www.rx7club.com/build-threads-294/vert-restoration-101-heavy-update-2014-a-893883/

Its pretty straight forward, cut out affected panels, get a donor car/panels and weld them in. Takes some talent to pull it off with a repair that can't be noticed when finished.

Nates shit is epic. His thread's all you need.

And seeing as you're both in the same state. Maybe nate can drive to you, buy you lunch and fix your shit for free while you watch. Then take you out for a beer to celebrate. :D

Hey night like the work soo far and its nice that your dad is willing to help out. IDK if i would have done as much work to mine if it was in that shape. I probably would have removed the radiator cap rolled out the old car rolled in the new car and reinstalled the radiator cap. hehe on mine the rear quarters are the only bad part there are some other areas that have slight rust but nothing crazy. check out my demo/build thread https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-non-technical-pictures-198/87-fc-build-%2A%2A-may-take-awhile%2A%2A-939977/
