I'd consider a subtle (~30mm) widebody car with stock bumpers to be stock body.

 

Not the best pictures but is all stock S5 turbo.The only mods are painted black moldings,rear black painted wing,MAZDA OEM rain guards and a modified front bumper for better cooling,now under the hood there is nothing stock at all.Body wise i wont do any other mods well maybe a aftermarket front lip but nothing that will change the original body lines at all.

30mm fenders are not stock bodied simply because the wider wheel in the front will throw off the picture, stock body means stock body

 

Let me get this right, Lip + Wheels is stock body? What about a spoiler will that count?
