vacuum hose identification

Hi all i’m wrapping up my 1990 gxl engine install and i have a hard line and a vacuumed hose that i don’t know where they go. the hose is comming off the back of the throttle body and the hardline is smaller and traces across the firewall and sticks forward on the drivers side under the ac line. if anyone has any thoughts that would be great! also on a side note the ac has been discharged since i pulled the engine, will there be an issue if i run the car with the pump still in? i dont have the pulley hooked up but all the lines are reinstalled its just not charged.
thanks!

As you can see in the photo, the hose runs behind the oil filter, but I'm not sure what it attaches to. It's a large diameter hose, so it would attach to a large nipple or pipe. So, it shouldn't be too hard to locate. The white electrical connector might attach to the IAT (intake air temperature) sensor, which you can see in the photo just under the ground connector at the intakes.
