20b Accessory Bracket?

Hi All,

The 20b that I purchased from my builder is a short block, so I don’t have all of the brackets and such. I’ll be going electric water pump, planning on moving the alternator to to side as well. I’m 99% sure I’ll be going with a manual steering rack. My question is mounting the AC compressor. I haven’t been able to find too much online, a suggestion was using an FC compressor and accessory bracket.

Will an FD accessory bracket work? Being that I won’t be using power steering, would it be simpler to have something custom made for the compressor?

For those running in an FD, using air conditioning, what did you do?

I'm in an FD and thinking about purchasing this bracket.

I'm still completing the new project, (went NA, semi-pp), but going to put AC back in for sure, its too hot not to have AC now days.
Its either this bracket and use my old AC compressor, or just use an alt relocation bracket and get an electric AC compressor, not sure which way I'm going yet.
I spoke with the JDL guy on the phone yesterday also, cool guy. They're in Florida.

That's exactly what I went with. My 20b will be NA as well.
I'm planning on using the RX8 compressor, plumbing new lines.
