Transmission Shifter

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum.
I'm starting conversion of an MGB to rotary power.
I think the transmission that best fits my application is a unit from a B2000 truck because I think it has the shifte in the right place, although i won't be sure until i have all the pieces sitting here.
Is it possible to use an RX 7 tranny, then swap the linkage and its housing with a B2000 tranny?

Any help is appreciated.

Also, if anyone has a plain jane 12A or 13B carbureted engine they want to part with within a couple of hours drive from Maryland, let me know.

Feel free to contact me on instant messenger...

There is another member on this forum who has already done this swap. Look up the members rides and see what you get. Might check for Midget.

yep. you're right. I had asked him other questions before (found him on the web). It looks like a housing swap shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks for the help.

the people in the rotary truck section could probably help you out more.
