OoOOOoOooh that looks nice.

Nice looking set-up. Thinking of moving up to 205 from 195 when my tires wear out. I have same suspension and rim set-up. That is a nice looking car.

Silver billets, I had change my rear shocks from KYB to Koni "orange". Huge difference in improving ride and handling quality. They work well with the RB springs. I use my 7 on the street and autox it. The Koni are the ones for the fox bodied Mustangs; fit perfect and cheaper than Tokico Blues (when "blues" are available).

Cool! Thanks for that info! Now if somebody would make an affordable front end solution....

Do you have a part number for those Koni Orange shocks (front and rear)?

Thx

Do not have the Koni Orange part number handy. But just go to any muscle car site that sells Fox Body Mustang. If that supplier carries Koni, you can order them. This is for the REARS only, not sure if they would work on SA series RX7; but they worked on my FB (85 GS).

Once my KYB get soft on front will go with Tokico "whites".

I had Tokico "blues" on previous RX7 years ago; they were awesome shocks.

I know this was a few years ago, but do you recall what size tires you used? Thx!

Hope this helps.... I was in the same boat, and went with the KYB's and B&G springs. The drop is a it more than the RBs, at 1.25 inch. They're progressive rate, and the increase is about 25% over stock.

Here's how mine sits on 15 inch wheels. Mind you, my tires are 195/50s, so the overall diameter is actually smaller than stock. I'll be switching to 205/50s pretty soon.

I know I'm a bit late, with this post being a few years old and all, but are/were those Hayashi Racing Type CR wheels? Thx!
