Well here is rx7.com's email response to various questions I asked about their 81-82 muffler that they sell
Does it have polished tips? Is it produced by the same company that makes Racing Beat Mufflers? Would the 81-82 muffler work with the racing beat street ported exhaust system? Alex, Thanks for the inquiry and my apologies for the delay. The muffler you were inquiring about is made by the same manufacturer as Racing Beat's. It does have chrome tips. BTW I have a Pacesetter header and it doesn't hang down all stupid or however you described it. Pretty decent steel too. Just wrapped it up a few times with header wrap. Sounds and looks just fine. |
