You freak! What's with the * and no explanation at the bottom?!:p: People, that is the stuff you want if you're on the cheap. I'll do a generic write-up if kilah doesn't beat me to it that details how I went about the relays and wiring and what I used and component costs as I can get them right now. I'll dis-assemble my door Sunday for a shot on the solenoid. I just hope I can stick the camera in to get a good shot of it...

---->V8kilr,please explain what the * was for if we want to have the separate door locking feature. I might dump the Bulldog to get that alarm just for that feature....

its not hard to put door popers in are you crazy an hour at the most

i got all the stuff to shave off my door handles...

but then when i went to the pits to ask them they said no way..

cause if ur in a crash they cant open the doors..

but how is this different to if ur door is locked?

to fix this i came up with an idea.
with some newer cars, they have a knock sensor that, if you crash, it will unlock the dorrs.
now this knock sensor could be adapted (very easily) to open the dorrs if you get in an accident.

think this would be a good idea?

That is pure stupidity.. The last thing you want to happen in a crash is for the doors to open on impact. You could easily be ejected from the car..
