possible steering column prob...
 

I just got a new gsl-se and all's well besides the faded, hard as rocks leather and the steering wheel... I can push the wheel about 1inch in and out... can somebody help me out on how to fix it? it is fixible right? :) thanks.

It sounds like the plastic pins broke from a sharp blow to the steering wheel. Some replace the broke pins with aluminum pop rivets. I seen a write up about this somewhere, I usually pulled the column to do this. But I read that with a good tape measure you can do it while its still in the car.
