Try your ignition switch too. Either that or your solenoid wire came off. It happend on my friend's 13B. Just lightly squeeze the quick disconect terminal and put it back on. It most likely won't come off by itself in the future. Works every time, unless you've botched the wiring and there isn't enough slack anymore. Good luck.

update...
i got the starter to crank:D i did few tests w/ the tester and everything tested good. got in the car, turned the key and i got this big grin on my face ,it was music to my ears. the starter cranked, i could actually hear the compression in the motor. it was great. now i just have to get it to actually start. almost everything under the hood is new so alittle tweaking is all it should take, i hope. the reason it wasn't cranking in the first place is the nuetral safty switch, or maybe the inhibater switch because the gear shifter has to be in the exact spot or it won't start. i will have to adjust it when my back stops hurting from today. i had a fusion done a few months ago and it really hurts when i do anything. but i'm getting there i want to at least drive it once before winter..... the cool part is i have a carbon fiber disk..vic
