wohhh, calm dowm man lol. mine is like that to, mine is a loose wire. turn your ignition on, then feel around on the wires under the dash near the hood relase pull. just move the wires around a bit and if your blinkers start working then you've found the problem, loose wire. good luck.

i had that happen, i just removed the left side hazard switch, wiggled the terminals, cleaned them up a bit and never had a problem again.

Yep - right up under the dash - a real pig to get at.
My '85 UK FB has a special relationship with my annual MOT (Car Test) guy. We both know that if we use the hazards on test then the indicators will stop for 10 mins or so. It's that relay.
Because my old cars so unusual now in UK my tester lets me change the test order so that all indicators are done 1st, then the hazards after that. I drive away with my test paper and then 10 mins later, as expected, the indicators start up again, they work for the next year until they stop working at the next test!

rearviewmirron, Do you have any idea what Mazda calls the part in your post? Or, where a replacement can be bought?

You can post a want to buy ad here on the forum in the 1st gen classifieds section. That's the only way to get one now as they are NLA.
