851stgen12a: I just used my reciprocating jigsaw. Its not the prettiest thing, but that's mainly due to the fact that i did a rough oversize cut, and figured i could sand it down if i wanted to later.

u can cut it using a something like a jig saw or belt saw..
if ur using a jig saw, make sure it has variable speed setting so u can turn it down and use a very fine blade something like a metal cutting blade.

Anyone thought of making one out of plexy glass? You could see your carb all the time.. And still would be very cheap just an idea!

That's exactly what I did. Rev it up and you can look down and see the gas squirting and the oil dripping down out of the injectors. It's really cool! Pics will be coming soon.
