851stgen12a: I just used my reciprocating jigsaw. Its not the prettiest thing, but that's mainly due to the fact that i did a rough oversize cut, and figured i could sand it down if i wanted to later.

Anyone thought of making one out of plexy glass? You could see your carb all the time.. And still would be very cheap just an idea! not a bad idea.. That's exactly what I did. Rev it up and you can look down and see the gas squirting and the oil dripping down out of the injectors. It's really cool! Pics will be coming soon.
