congratulations, so much more fun that an auto isn't it. :)

Gregs 10-10-03 01:38 AM

oh my god, its a night and day difference, it is easily 3 times faster than with the automatic

i fixed it, its running great now, still needs some timing adjustments and i may lean it up a little but other than that it is running like a champ, tomorrow i tackle the beehive oilcooler the "0" rings need replacing

Congrats man! I'm concidering that rear for my 3, how bad of a pain is it? I hear it has to be shortened. I'm a machinist so fabrication isn't a prob.

i dont understand wat your talking about?
my se rearend?

Rotortuner 10-10-03 10:27 AM

The rx3 rearend is narrower than an rx3, so yes to keep with the same wheel ofsets and stuff you have to narrow an rx7 rear. I think you could get away with not narrowing it though.

Keep us posted on how you adjust the idle and the timing.

I'm going to do this one in a few weeks... now that it's done, do you have any new tips?

Instead of tackleing the orings of the beehive oil cooler, why dont you just tackle the beehive oil cooler? Get a real cooler in there!
