I must find this body kit....

I have heard that this is a one-off, does anyone know where I can contact the maker of this kit? I must have it *drools*

NO NO NO NO!!!!

This pic has comne up at least once every two weeks since I joined here...

If I remember right, its all custom. I think it was a modified prosche kit?

So unless your willing to fork over big $$$ I'd look at a better kit like the complete (except for the hatch) mariah mode 1 wide body kit.

Thats just my preference.

faye x7 12-10-02 11:13 PM

haha..In the past couple of months I've been here..I've seen that picture million times in a million threads.

gen1mike 12-10-02 11:15 PM

yup, i think i heard its a porche 944 kit or something.

WackyRotary 12-10-02 11:21 PM

Heres my plan to moderators whom it concerns: Put a pic of that car at the top of the 1st gen page here with a link discribing what it is to lower the frequency this comes up. LOL!

THis is just silly to see this often!

Vubonic 12-11-02 12:07 AM

Okay, is there a website that has body kits available for the 1983 GSL rx7? Thanks;)

Manntis 12-11-02 12:11 AM

mariah motor sports & a few others

Which one exactly? I looked and did not find any site with body kits for 83' GSL rx7? How do you post pictures directly on the post? Thanks.

Manntis 12-11-02 12:46 AM

Mariah has lots of body kits, as do the others. Go through the sites listed as links and see what you can see :)

But...but I must have that porsche kit *drools* Someone has to know where I can get it!!! PLEASE!!! Money is just paper to me (yeah right:)!!!

Chemical 12-11-02 01:43 AM

ya know..since this body kit is brought up pretty much every other week, i sometimes wonder how much profit could be made by producing a kit like this and selling it :D

rotary emotions 12-11-02 01:43 AM

OH NO NOT AGAIN!!! I f***king hate that car by now...
I already told the mods, make this car a sticky, so we don't have to answer the same question ("where can I buy this") with the same answer ("you can't - it's all custom") every second week...
Anyway, someone who wants to make his Seven look like a porsche 928 must be sick. When you're finished you'll have paid just as much as if you'd have bought a 928. Without killing a Seven... Go Mariah, or something like that, mate...

Well, you do have point there... And with the profit you could buy a kit made for Seven-owners WITH taste:D

onepointone 12-11-02 08:57 AM

HAHAHA .. before i clicked the picture.. i thought to myself how funny it would be if it was that car....

rotor vs. piston 12-11-02 09:01 AM

I just knew it would be that car. How do we get it to become a sticky?

82transam 12-11-02 10:58 AM

is there any way to go through the entire internet and get rid of every copy of that picture? it is the most god aweful wreck of a FB ever. shit i hate that thing, i'd love to find it and take a baseball bat to it.

851stgen12a 12-11-02 11:31 AM

I think the car looks pretty good, all accept for the shoping cart wing, but I sure as hell wouldent do it to my car!!

Once again incase noone noticed, the kit is a one off total custom bit, you can not buy it anywere.

specRX7_22 12-11-02 12:14 PM

yeah the last time that car came up was about a month ago in the thread "1st gens lookin like porsches". lol get used to it everyone im sure we'll see it again.

To me, it looks like a Supra.

MarkPerez 12-11-02 01:30 PM

I think that car is considered a wide body. in the picture you can't see them ,,but the driving lights are in the bumper , and 2 are missing. I don't know what it looks like up close, but i like how the rear fender flows over the rear bumper. I also like how the side center line flows up and over to become the front bumper,,,clean.
If i remember right,,it's turbo'd too. somewhere from canada,, that car comes from. that is no kit. full custom job,,,$$$$$$$$

MIKE-P-28 12-11-02 07:21 PM

OMG :(

NanaimoRx-7 12-11-02 07:37 PM

I knew it before I opened it... I wonder how many people join the forum just because they saw that pic.....I'm really tired of that car. Good point about making the kit, you might make a small fortune.
