Fuel Pressure
I'm currently running 4 1/2 psi fuel pressure into to holley 465. A mate said the holley can't handle 6psi because the pressure blows out some filter or something in the carby. I dont know exactly what its called, but it gets destroyed by the pressure aparantly. Is there a work around for this?

What are you trying to do?
Why do you want to run too much fuel pressure for your carb?? |
I thought bridgeports needed 6psi fuel pressure?
|
no they just need enough carb
|
The fuel pressure isn't going to blow any screen out.
It will push the needle out of the seat, though, and cause flooding. You should only need 4.5 psi max - even with a BP. |
ahh i see. Thanks for the feedback guys.
