Front oil pressure regulator
Hi guys
anyone care to explain how to shim the damned thing? Im not exactly sure on how you do that... Any input would be great. :) |

Or between the spring and housing. Either way, it preloads the spring.
On second thought, put it in the middle. :) |
If you put a shim between the oil regulator and the housing,you also have to modify the back one by putting it on a 2 ton press and pressing it down.Factory pressure is 60. After modifying you should get at least 80.

What is this business of a press? I put 3 washers in the rear regulator when I rebuilt my S5 N/A. To put it back together I just pushed the piston down with a screwdriver before I pushed the new roll pin in.

Disregard my last answer,you should put a shim between the piston & the regulator.
