Electrical Problems

A while back, my battery went dead, and I tried to jump it. When I turned the key, I had lights, heat, everything, but when I turned it to start it, nothing happened. Noting at all. I still ahd power, but the starter wont click or make any noise at all. So today I went through everything and found a blown "engine" fuse. I replaced that, and it didnt fix a damn thing. So now Im thinking fusible links, but they all have good continuity, so I dont know what to do. Is there anything else I couldve blown? Im thinking its my ignition switch, but I dont know. ANd I ve checked all my starter connections and grounds and such. ANy ideas?

check fuses again. make sure the engine is grounded to the battery. check the starter connectors, they like to fall off.

do the lights dim when you try to start it? If they don't then it sounds like an ignition switch problem, actually sounds like the switch terminal on the starter is disconnected.
