talk sterling or rx7 carl and get the nikki modded

Carl has tested variations on modded airhorns, and much to our suprise, there's not much to be gained by modding it.

In fact, the earlier 79-80 carbs have a larger choke flap hole. In flow tests done by Carl, he found them not to flow much better than the later horns with the smaller primary side opening.
