Unhappy bouncing stop!!!!help!!!

ok my 83 has this bad problem i drive to school everyday which is about 10 miles on the highway. When im getting ready to slow down. then i start putting pressure on the brakes and it starts to bounce bad, almost looks like shes having a seizer. It dosn't do that on low speeds to stop just highway speeds.. I've checked the brakes and its not that there pretty new...

i really doubt that its the shocks.. im thinking maybe rotors....

if the car shakes when you hit the brakes then yeah, it's probably the rotors or a seized caliper.
